Worst service continuesly from Vodacom

Vodacom is the worst service provider. Their call center agents are very clueless and are unable to give their clients correctly information. They are too quick to to debit money from ur account and threaten their clients into making payments to their account but are very much unable to refund money back when they owe u. I spoke to 2 agents today Phumeza @8:42 who told me she will request for a manager to call me. I got a call from Zanele @9:59 and she was very rude and hug up the phone with out even helping me...this is the service that u give to ur clients. U want to call urself the number1 service provider yet u can't even refund my money back. I would not advice anybody to open a contract with vodacom bcoz they are the worst...vodacom I would pls like my money back and to cancel my contract as well.
