worst service by Vodacom Telecom service provider

Recently , I posted grievance on 09th & 13 May'2019 about Vodacom customer care & Sale department. I got quick reply on my post that "Kindly be advised that a consultant will make contact with you in due course to assist with your query. " Till this date , no communication received yet. From my experience, I can say it worst service by Big Telecom service provider. Even with several's follow up on emails, they failed to address my request. I have submitted my documents for a data contract on 26th April'2019.
