Worst service by vodacom Supervisor Dieseline

My phone line was suspended due to the fact that someone somwhere at vodacom decided to change my debit date from the 29th to the 5th of the Month so i called in and made arrangements that the amount be debited on the 29 and i was told that my i can still use my line but i wont be able to call out until the money gets debited from my account. The amount was debited on the 29/03/2017 and up until now i noticed that i cant access my number, i called the call center and spoke to Ayanda who told me that it will only be opened after 5 days then i asked to speak to supervisor and i was transfered to a rede lady called Diesel, she said the same thing, i asked how many days is it from the 29/03/2017 to today 05/04/2017 and she said its one day and the phone woll be opened after 5 days. She later said i was supposed to call in and tell them that the amount has been debited then it would start counting from then, she insisted that my 5 days is counting from today meaning that it can be active on the 10th. She also said that the girl who was helping me on the day whe i called was suposed to tell me to call in after the debit order and she sisdnt and i strongly believe that this is not my fault, your untrained consulted didnt tell me. My question to vodacom therefore is are they going to charge my for the wasted 7 days that i have not been able to use the phone and credit me or what is going to happen. I feel i am being abused or taken advantage of by vodacom on theis matter, i was penelised for missing the payments by my phone suspended on the months and i have payed back for those monthe, why i am again penelised while i have paid my owing and current subscription and made to use the phone for only half a month but be made to pay for the full month
