Worst service by Vodacom Business

I app**** for business LTE contract with for Vodacom it has been more than a month since I app**** but it still not delivered, every time I phone I am told it is in the warehouse RAM will call me for a delivery some days I am told it is still pending vetting, somedays it has been approved, the level of incompetency at Vodacom even the Department of Home Affairs is way better.
