Worst service by by any service provider

I am utterly disgusted as the service I'm receiving is ****! I have contacted the call center several times and no one contacted me back I placed my order on the 2nd of May and is still waiting for "the back office" to contact me back as it was approved on the 5th of May

It is ridiculous that I have to wait so long for my purchase order, that even the deal online no longer exists.

2 consultants I have spoken to one of which is nkosi and the other Nomfundo. Nkosi was a great help. Where as Nomfundo could not even give me her managers number or escalate the query.

Bull**** vodacom this should be made easier yet we are struggling to get what we have purchased.
