Worst service

Good day

Please note that your customer service is the worst i have ever experience. I am 15 years with vodacom and this is the type of treatment i receive from vodacom. We don't have to disclose anything with you, you just going to have live it. Really? Is this the type of feedback me as a customer can expect? You failed to disclose a product with me and now i have to pay for it. You should put that in your adverts.
