WORST SERVICE

Vodacom has the worst service yet. I logged a call on the 5th of October. I asked that the shift my router from one place in the house to the next, nothing has been done till date. I called in and spoke to Ofentse and she promised to hasten the process because on her records it shows that someone closed the file and said the job was done although it was not.
