Worst Service at Vodacom Vryburg

Today I visited Vodacom Vryburg with the aim of taking out my second contract with them. I waited about 15-20 minutes patiently as there were only to consultants helping and they were both busy. While waiting another customer came into the store. When the one consultant was finished she proceeded to over look me and assist the customer that came in after me as though I had not been in the store at all. There were no other customers in the store so I know she saw me waiting there. When I complained both the manager and the consultant proceeded to ignore me and carried on with their business as if I was not there. Not even a \sorry I will be with you as soon as possible"or anything. Being ignored like that is not the way to treat customers."""
