WORST SERVICE AND LAZINESS EVER

My phone was updated and failed to function after the update. I took the phone to the service center in Vodaworld. The service at the service center was courteous and efficient. I was later the same day advised that my phone needed to be sent to the advanced repair center. I agreed to this, what a mistake. Firstly, I was advised that my phone was ready, collecting my phone it was discovered that my back cover and battery was \forgotten". A week later I travelled to Vodaworld again only to told my phone had water damage and was beyond economic repair. I argued with the guys as the phone is new"
