Worst service, allowing ****s, useless customer service

Okay, so where do I start... Since I renewed my contract earlier this year I've had nothing but trouble and bad service from Vodacom. So once I moved over I noticed my caller ID wasn't working and neither was my 4G. I called Vodacom and they told me it had been disabled and reactivated it. Then the following month I noticed I had been billed over R3000 on what should have been a bill under R1000. But I had "content services" billed to my accounts, which were WASP services I never subscribed to. I then moved over to a top up package and was reassured by the consultant that this will stop WASP services subscribing me to their "services", once again my 4G and caller ID were disabled after the move over. I called the call centre the first time to reactivate it, they said they would. Then after a few days I noticed my 4G was still not working. So I called them again, only to be told (quite arrogantly) by the customer service woman that I must have done something wrong as the fault is not on their side. Only after speaking to a manager did they discover that they actually hadn't enabled it on their side. Now last month I get a bill of over R1600 (My installment for the contract is less that R600) Luckily, the account I have linked to my debit orders I keep to a bare minimum so the debit bounced back. They told me it was for previous subscriptions to said WASP services. Which at no time was reflected on my statement or via the My Vodacom application.

Needles to say, I will not be paying Vodacom another cent of my money ever again. They can send lawyers letters and debt collectors all they want, I refuse to pay for services I'm not receiving.

I'll be moving over to another service provider as soon as possible.
