Worst service

I have been with vodacom for about two years. I have a contract with the P30lite. About a year ago i stopped getting otps sent to me and it has made things very difficult. I reported it numerous times to vodacom no feedback from them. My contract is due for an upgrade so I decided let me get a new phone and this struggle will be over. I have signed the quote and sent back on last thursday. I had to call to find out if they recieved it to which a consultant said yes they have they will call me with delivery. I have been calling since yesterday and the lines keep repeating the same options not going through. the two times i got through they hung up and didnt call back. Your after service sucks. Absolutely frastrating dealing with you guys. I have also emailed and tried online chatting.
