Worst service

Thank for nothing Vodacom..<br> The worst service ever.. I had gone to a vodacom outlet to enquire, operative word being enquire about an upgrade<br> . Mind you I did not go ahead with the upgrade all I did was ask about the phone and the following month I am now being billed for a phone I do not have... I'm sitting with an account in arrears for no reason and to top it off their in *********** staff can not help me... so much for calling us valued customers
