Worst service

Vodacom 4u in cleremont cavendish gave me the worst service of my life. I lost my black IPhone 11 128GB, I went to go and claim and they guy gave me an IPhone 8 and wanted me to pay the same instalment of an IPhone 11, when I gave the IPhone 8 back they refuse to take it back , so I had to call my insurance and they were told to restart the process once again. They told me to come after 2 weeks to get my phone and every time I go to them they kept extending the weeks . I had to wait for 6 weeks to get my phone back and they gave me a phone with a smaller space (64gb) and when I asked them they said the insurance don’t pay for the space. If I’m get a phone with small space my instalment has to be reduced I’m truly disgusted with vodacom and their stuff is the worst their service is poor especially from the manager😡😡😡😡
