worst service
I send my tablet in for repairs at the vodacom shop canalwalk oppisite edgars.. the tablet kept on going off at random. They called me to collect after repairs.. i got home to find it rebooting the hole time. I the drive bak to book it in... get a call to come and collet 2days later. I told the lady over the phone that she must please check that its fixed... she then replies.. \ah **** no sir its still rebooting"i mean really???? So i wouldof driven once again for nothing.... i asked for the manager they reply his off on weekends and there is no management in.. so today is monday. I try calling the store 4times i hold on for 15min for the so called manager Patrick .. no his busy.. really now??? His not returning my calls after he told his staff he would call me bak in 10min. Pathetic attitude for a manager and pathetic technitions witch bookes out a broken device !!!!!<br> Can somebody get this Patrick or even his manager to call me and explain!!!"""
