Worst Service

I have received the worst service ever from Vodacom, calling the insurance number is completely useless because I keep getting referred to the Vodacom shop who in turn cannot do anything, after paying insurance and being with them for years , they offered to give me a refurbished phone which I refused. I pay over R4,000 for my contracts and I can say for sure that I will not be renewing any of my contracts going forward.

My daughter has not been able to use her phone for over a month and I’ve had to run around going to the Vodacom shop which has proven fruitless.

koeneetswe Pule who is the supposed manager has blatantly ignored several attempts to reach him via both email and calls.
