Worst service

The way customers are just directed so many times during calls is just the most annoying thing ever. To get help one has to talk to more than 5 people who keeping directing you to different lines as if they don't know what they are doing. This has just happened too many times. Now to get a simple settlement letter I have to go through this and still not get assistance nxaaaa<br> <br> I'm glad my account with vodacom has been closed. With such pathetic service I can't be able to deal with this. The last time I required a call record to trace some call center agent who was so rude I was told they will get back to me after investigating the matter & nobody ever did. That was a month ago. <br> <br> Vodacom service is just pathetic
