Worst service

Worst service ever!! I Canceled my contract, but yet they say I have not and want me to pay. I have sent them the documents again and again but yet they failed to resolve or respond within 24hours as promised. This affects people's credit score negatively. It has been since September 2020 that I have been struggling with this and hours on the phone. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE.
