worst service

I called this morning and spoke to Hope that promised to send me banking details to make my payment. I called back and spoke to Jade and Khanya that told me they cant assist me. I was then told to speak to Andiswa. Your staff is ***********. I am not receiving statements and have to deal with staff that give the wrong information. You guys can really learn from telkom I will ensure that I dont refer or recommend anyone to deal with you guys
