Worst service
Maybe if I complain here Vodacom will do something. I have upgraded one of my contacts on 5 March 2024 just to receive an second hand laptop. I have send it back via RAM Courier services. On 18 March we did the upgrade again. On 25 March 2024 I followed up my order just to be informed RAM send it back due no response from me. They never contacted me so we did the upgrade again for the 3rd time. Following it up again to hear it was cancelled again. The worst service ever
