Worst service

I buy a 1gb data baundle every month and it lasts for the whole month, since last afternoon (which was the 12/09/2017) suddenly my data is depleted. I called vodacom this morning and they're telling me they can't explain why that is so, on top fof that I have to wait another 24hrs so that someone can investigate. If their system is able to tell me immediately that my data is depleted how come an investigation is needed to tell me why? The call centre (Anna, the agent and Thabang, the manager) were totally helpless in my frustration. I know how to manage my data, that's whay I use this much every month and that pattern hasn't changed. Vodacom must pay for my "inconvenience" as this is not the first time this is done and I'm certain not the last, while we as their customers suffer. I want my data replaced today!!!!
