Worst Service

<p>Vodacom is the worst service provider !!!! Yesterday i got a sms stating that a sim swop was generated.I called the call centre to stop the swop as i did not ask for one. I was assured by the agent that there was a block on my line and that it was flagged so that no sim swop can be done over the phone!!! And a few hours later, my phone had no connection...When i called vodacom they said the sim swop went throught!!!!!! How is that possible!! Now i have Pay to get my line back and i did not ask for any of this!!!!! Who is going to cover the costs!!!</p>
