Worst service

I went to Vodacom Lydenburg branch on Tuesday, 17th Jan 2016 to open a new line as I had an existing contract with them. I took a new P8 lite phone. After 2 days the phone started freezing and did not play videos on Facebook. Unfortunately when this started happening I was already in Phalaborwa, I then called the Vodacom helpdesk to find out what I can do, then consultant TOLd me to go to the nearest branch, when I got to the Phalaborwa branch to ask for exchange they TOLd me I need to go back to Lydenburg branch where I initially got the handset, mind you I'm at work +_150km from Lydenburg. The consultant had no shame to tell me she can't help me, she did not even bother calling any branch or ask anyone superior if there is nothing they can help me with. Now the "7 day" period has passed because consultant refused to help and I could not spend R600 to go to the initial branch and leave work. I'm now TOLd I have to bring phone in for repairs of which it would take weeks to come back and in the mean time I won't have a phone and I need it for my business. I'm very angry and disappointed. Never ever shall I buy phones from Vodacom. I'm changing networks as well
