Worst Service!!!

<p>When my contract ended 2 months ago and I decided to cancel with Vodacom. I was then asked why, which was purely the lack of Data at an absorbent rate. I was offered 1 additional GB per month. I decided to renew(Now that was a mistake) the additional GB has never been activated after many requests. so I'm paying for data that was offered to me as free.....</p> <p> </p> <p>To make matters worse my number reflects as private on all outgoing calls, (Yes my caller ID is on) this issue was resolved for a brief time (3weeks)and has since gone back to being unresolved, therefore I cannot make calls due to no one answering a private number. 2 months no resolution, *********** people, false promises (we will have the issue resolved in 48) more like 480 days. we will call you back (I'm still waiting). I have gone in-store to have this resolved, all we can do in-store is send an escalated email (Great if that actually helped)</p> <p> </p> <p>Are there any Senior managers at Vodacom that actually care??? </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
