Worst Service
<p>my wife went to vodacom gansbay, the assistant had no knowledge of a IPHONE, called the IPHONE I tunes, the manageres, did not greet or gave any assistance, they told us it could not be fixed. We went to Malmesbury and the same problem was fixed in 12 hours.</p>

Please accept my sincere apology for the service received. This is not in line with Vodacom's aim in achieving service excellence.
We have escalated this matter to the Regional Office who will investigate and the necessary action will be taken against the staff concerned. This is an internal process and does not get communicated to our clients.
We do appreciate your feedback and we will certainly ensure that the appropriate corrective measures are implemented.
As a once off gesture of goodwill, we loaded 500MB data on your 076 number.
