Worst serive ever

Worst service ever!!!

Have app**** for fibre in April. May they installed the fibre but it does not work. Then they found out they have placed it with Vumatel and not openserve. Then we needed to wait till month end to cancel the wrong order and place it with openserve. So the 1st of June the Openserve tech called arranged setup. And now I dont get the speed that I have paid for. After many tries nobody can help me.

And i needed to pay dor the fibre thats in correct from vodacom side. Now I have paid for fibre but dont get the speed that I have paid for.

I am fed up with Vodacom
