Worst Sales / After Sales Service EVER

The Sales agent chased a sale and got me to take up a new data / router contract with Vodacom. After two weeks I still haven't received my parcel. During this period I found out that the sales agent loaded the incorrect delivery details. I gave the after sales department explicit instruction to rectify the details and get in touch with the courier to resend it. I found out that nothing was done by the after sales department!!! So that deal is just hanging in the air and VODACOM does not care at all about it. To conclude i came to realize that the small sales does not matter what so ever to them. Vodacom can take that sale and shove it so far that not Google can even find it
