Worst repair policy
To whomever sits above management level. This morning I received a call from vodacom legal department saying I owe 10k on my contract (laptop)
Riiighto.. First of all how I can I pay for something I don't have. I'm tired of explaining the same thing over and over to people (agents) who can't help. They just doing what they suppose to do on their level. On 11 March I received my Lenovo laptop from vodacom, middle of April 2019 when I tried to connect the charger the device died.. Took it in to the Lenovo repair center, it was irreparable. Riiighto, I then received a credit note from Lenovo repair center, saying "take this to the shop you bought it from, they must issue you with a new device".. Ai Spoke to vodacom, agents only did what they can on their level. Now I don't know what the f@ck the relationship is between vodacom and Lenovo.. What I know is that they do not give broken laptop s back to vodacom. But I'm sure if it was an apple device I would have had my new device already. It's been 7 months, not once did vodacom call to ask if I have received my laptop. What is the ****ing point in selling laptops when their isn't a decent repair policy in place. So now I'm sitting with a credit note and a few lawyer's that's calling me.. Someone better call me with a solution, if you want me to pay give me my laptop. Note.. The laptop is not with me, don't not even ask me to get the laptop, in order for you to issue me with a new, device. That you sort out with Lenovo, partserve(they did their part).
