Worst provider in SA

On Saturday, 05-05-2018 I made a payment via EFT to Vodacom as I had no way of getting to the store. Now it's Monday 07-05-2018 and my phone has been disconnected even though the payment has been done. I spoke to someone at Vodacom hoping that would advise me the correct way to pay via EFT and he said; Log onto the Capitec Application and pay (Vodacom should be listed as a Capitec Beneficiary, which they were). So I paid, he didn't inform me about sending the Proof of Payment to him. Anyways, I have paid and didn't send the PoP but the money has left my account and is in Vodacom's account now but yet these ******* have decided to ***** my money and keep my service barred. Everytime I phone the joke for a call centre, they put the phone down. Whenever I get through to someone I am told to send the Proof of Payment to them, but Vodacom...tell me how do I send things to you if my phone is barred??? The one *********** lady told me I must "Find a wifi" like really? That is so professional coming from a representative of Vodacom.

Anyways, I hope someone more professional will contact me throughout the day advising me how much it would cost to cancel this terrible service I have with you so that I can move over to a better provider such as Cell C.
