Worst provider. I have cancelled but still shows i have outstanding balacane after 6 months

The worst provider i have ever seen. I have spoken to so many people to close my account. It went well for a few months and now my account shows i own vodacom R10. Please explain how can that be possible of i cancelled my contract 6 months ago?
