Worst provider ever

I am beyond fed up with Vodacom. My SIM card randomly lost network in September and up to now — NOTHING has been done. I’ve been to the Vodacom shop multiple times, wasted fuel, taken time off work, and spent my own money buying extra data and airtime trying to stay connected while waiting for their “technical team” to fix it. Every time I go there, I get the same useless response: “Please speak to customer care” or “Wait, we’ve logged it.” Wait for what exactly? It’s been WEEKS! This is a contract SIM — meaning Vodacom happily takes my money every month for a service they are clearly not providing. How is it acceptable to keep charging someone for a line that doesn’t even work? This is theft in broad daylight. Customer care is an absolute nightmare — nobody follows up, nobody takes responsibility, and nobody actually FIXES anything. It’s just endless calls, empty promises, and frustration. I’ve spent money, fuel, and time trying to resolve something that should’ve been fixed the first day. Vodacom doesn’t care about its customers — once they have your money, you’re on your own. I
