Worst Project Roll-Out Ever Experienced - 3D

From previous compliments I didn't expect this level of incompetence, bad planning, bad communication & poor project roll-out from Vodacom. I can't continue supporting a company that makes conscious decisions that implicates & effects their customers without closing the necessary loops before go-live. (Not going into detail but I'm referring to my 3D nightmare). Please treat this complaint as my contract cancellation request when my contract comes to an end in December.
