Worst, pathetic experience with Vodacom!

Over a week later and my number is still not back on the network. After numerous calls on my side, to calls been cut, to consultants not knowing what to do. Received a call from Dean last week friday 15th May 2020 who promised to call back Monday, to date not a word. This has by far been the worst experience for me. Vodacom takes no accountability for a mistake on their side, I've lost out on so much business because of this. Definitely going to cancel my contract after this mess!!!!
