Worst online upgrade service
Online upgrade is non existent service in this company. 48 hours after doing my online upgrade, no call no status update nothin. After phoning and be on hold for 25mins i was told its pending confirmation. What? But they promise next day delivery. Ja, whatever!!! Person told me maybe they will phone me today or tomorrow. Rather should have went to the store in the mall, 2 hours and would have had my upgrade. Thanks for the service, or what service?

06 May 2019, 10:49How can I cancel my online upgrade? Gong for day 5 now, no phone call to confirm my damn order. Do you call this service? Been informed this morning my complaint will be forwarded straight to that department. Seems like no one is working in that department, empty, all ghost. I can upgrade within 60mins at my local vodashop, i gave Vodacom the benefit of the doubt. And look how they prove how useless this service is. I cant express how ****ed off am I.
