Worst online service ever
one of my number is available to upgrade more thN a month ago. I have done a online upgrade that was a total failure. I have upgrade the same number again and again a total failure. Vodacom is the wort. On date 06/10/2022 13:07 i called the online help number and found the representative say the upgrade is cancelled due to my wife being rude to the person and the security questions is wrong
Worst online assistance ever. Ill be going over to mtn. Maybe they will have better customer relations.
