Worst of the worst service provider ever

As much as i don't like writing bad reviews about Vodacom, i am doing it for the second time today. My fiber network has been down for 3 days now. When you can they give you excuses and more excuses no solutions. I am really tired of you Vodacom, i just don't know what to do anymore. Someone please help
