Worst of the worst.
As I'm self employed, working on site I received a call from Mondo, consultant L. Maduray during March, explaining that I qualify for a router giving 50Gb daytime and 50Gb nighttime, as at that moment I thought it will be good, due that my girlfriend can use it for Showmax/Netflix, but I asked several times is it an upgrade from my current contract, the 30Gb day/30Gb night and answer was yes. Next day RAM Courier already delivered the router. As I phoned the register it, they informed me it's an additional contract, meaning I'll have 5contracts. I cancelled it immediately. As per presidential order of the lockdown I phoned 4times prior that they can pick up the device. No response, only during April, RAM wanted to pick it up (during lockdown), and I said no due to the safety of my family's health. Next level came and RAM came to pick it up on the 1 July 2020 (Reference Nr.: COL***7). Understood Vodacom working with skeleton staff, weekly I followed up, so that the amount accumulated every month, now already on R1,800 that I'm not going to pay for something I don't have or never used and also preventing that I could've upgrade during August on my main line. I spoken to Prudence, Hope Mazibuko, Innocentia, Constance, Noma, Ivy at AfterSales Department on *** and already waiting 2 weeks from Curtis Green the team leader just phone me back. Even e-mailed him on *** on 04/09/2020, no response. Cancelled my debit order and paying cash at Nedbank. On the 31 August made payment of R1,600 that is my normal monthly payment then my lines are still be suspended. Now new struggle, keep on e-mail proof of payments to Margaret Mngomezulu (***) and Nompucuko Mbyeshana (nompucuko.mbyeshana@vcontractors), and this is how Vodacom treat customers after 14years being with them. Received SMS service request *** is "being processed" by Gloria Sehenye, After 72 hours has passed and still I'm stranded. No communication between After Sales (***) and Accounts (***). Conclusion, if your looking for poor services, empty promises, and false adverti*****t, then make use of Vodacom.
