WORST NETWORK PROVIDERS EVER!!!!!!

My cellphone is less than 2 years old and has been repaired 4 times , everytime the same problem pops up , been to vodacom manytimes even tried my best to involve samsung to try and get a replacement phone,but no they rather fix the phone again and send it back after i gave a CPI request for the device , WHY ? , i pay exstra every month to have this phone and it has no use. vodacom is the worst servive provider ever , they ignore every problem and make the client seem like the problem.
