Worst network provider ever

Worst service and experience ever!!!! I will not recommend anyone to use vodacom Fibre or even have any contract with vodacom. They don’t value their customers, they drag their feet to get you a service you are paying for and do ********** updates on your account. I’ve experienced an upgrade with Vodacom that I didn’t consent to and now we having a problem with their Fibre. It’s been 6 days now that my Fibre isn’t installed in my place but I’ve been charged. We pay for services and don’t get the product. Vodacom network is good and they use that as an advantage to treat their customers like ****. They don’t value their clients at all!
