Worst network provider ever

My biggest regret is taking a cell phone contract with vodacom. I don't even know why the even have a call centre because whenever you call them they never know how to assist and can never give accurate feedback or information. I was told by retentions department that my contract was cancelled in the beginning of September and that my number has been moved to pre paid. Now on the 30th I find that I have been debited again and after the debit my sim is not working it says emergency calls only. When I call the call centre they tell me I must hive it time and when I ask how long they cant give me an answer. I mean how can you run a business with not turn around time or no process to even inform your customer that his phone will not be working for a period of time? That is just pathetic. I have dealt with vodacom on numerous occasions and not once have they delivered what matters to me as a customer. I would strongly advise anyone who wants to take out a vodacom contract to think twice as they are really the worst provider ever!!!!!! I will make sure that who ever I speak to will be made aware of this and will be advised to take up business with another network provider as the people at vodacom do not know what they are doing all they do all day is answer the phone and give excuses and inaccurate information
