Worst network provider ever

<p>I get a dropped call, no free minutes. I wanna use my points, no where to access them. Dial *111# no option to redeem points. 1. Balances 2. Buy 3. Play every day 4. Just 4 you 5. More power 6. NXT LVL 7. Promotions 8. Advances & transfers. Call the customer care 111 consultant asks questions? With whatever's urgent in mind, gets them wrong. Fail the test and she refers me to the *111# rewards option that doesn't exist but when she's told this, she rudely drops the call. Wow, BRAVO Vodacom is the worst ever, Telkom mobile here I come.</p>
