Worst network provider

I have never experienced the worst service provider in my life, where every month I have to log a complaint against Vodacom for this horrible service and a service provider that is *****ing money from people every month. This is realy unexceptable, and I hate this provider. I will never go to vodacom again, and I am waiting for my contract to finish so that I can change to someone who dont ***** people's money for no reason. I would like this matter to go to head office and I am tired of complaining every month about this.
