Worst Network Provider

Good Day I have really had enough with Vodacom and the only problem is a paid up letter . I have been to the Vodacom shop only to get Zero assistance, I have sent emails not even an automated response. Tried calling the call centre it says that old contract number cannot be located hence I can't be transferred to the agent. Like really what the Hell ? Ooh tried Twitter as well .

Why is it so hard to get a paid up letter or just update your records and fix my ITC . I have really had it
