WORST NETWORK OPERATER

Vodacom / No signal quality = no service 1 mark street Piet Retief, South Africa

I am staying in Piet Retief, that is Mark str 4a, Google it it's in town not rural.

In the last 6 months I have seen your network deteriorate to the point where I have no reception and or no data signal

I have to walk around outside just to get a 1 bar signal to bring able to make a call, when I get that 1 bar signal I get: not registered on network or just a beep on my cell and no call has been made Try up to 15 times to make a call When you get connect the quality is so poor that neither I or the other person understands whats being said

This is the 3rd time i'm reporting this, yet no joy!! The 1st time was January 1018 Took them a full 11 months to just do nothing and then just cleared the ticket The 2nd time was December 2018 Once again ticket just been cleared Looks like i'll have no choice but to go to social media as i'm just being ignored Your network and lack of response is something that must be noted
