WORST NETWORK IN SOUTH AFRICA INFACT THEY ARE RUNNING A **** LEGALLY EVEN THE CONSULTANTS ARE MAKING IT IMPOSSBLE TO CANCEL CONTRACTS
I HAVE CANCELLED 3 CONTRACTS (PREMATURE CANCELATIONS) ON THE SAME DAY AND ALL WAS PAID PROOF AVAILABLE ON REQUEST ......IT WAS NOT CANCELLED .....MY ACCOUNT WAS STILL DEBITTED AND IN OCTOBER VODACOM DID RUN A DEBIT ORDER AGAIN ....I HAVE VISIT THE BRANCH IN BELA BELA MORE THAN 10 TIMES THEY HAVE TRIED BUT CAN NOT HELP ME ........PLEASE VODACOM JUST DO WHAT YOU MUST DO YOU ARE THE WORST NETWORK ON THE PLANET WITH YOUR SHOCKING SERVICE PLEASE REMEMBER ALL MY PAPERWORK AND PAYMENTS ARE IN PLACE ......
