Vodacom, how I wish I never joined you.

I'm so infuriated by your service it's actually sad how bad upu treat long, long term clients. Which you are surely going to loose very ****** soon.

My father passed away recently, I'm trying to get the contract on my name, and it's taking 4 days already. Not heard a single word from you. When my mom goes in (who has no ****** way of contacting anyone until vodacom one ****** day decides to want to work) , she is told she has to wait for some or other lady to come in. Who has been awsy for like three days straight!!!
