WORST NETWORK EVER

I would like to know how a person can phone vodacom to make payment arrangements get confirmation from the agent that payment arrangement so successful and then to receive a call today to state that they have nothing on their side regarding this.

Like *** my account is in arrears and now i have to pay double month end????

You guys are taking on *********** people that cannot do their job .

Vodacom is no longer #1 they are literally at the bottom.

I BETTE RECEIVE A CALL TODAY FROM HEAD OFFICE OR I WILL BE TAKING THIS MATTER FURTHER .
