Worst network ever-dont use vodacom if you on another network

Once again i am back complaining about vodacom,you would swear they are deliberately upsetting us as their customers,i bought 7 days power hour,today i realised that all my airtime is gone,called their call centre only to be told that their system for that power hour is not working and they will refund me R37.00 although i bought the power hour for R45.00 working out to 6.42 a day,they deducted R8.00 for yesterday's power hour,i mean whose problem is it that a system they put into place is not working,what about the airtime i used today not aware that power hour is not working,where is the fairness in this system.If i didnt pick it up,i was going to lose R45.00,why not send an sms to inform customers about this problem.I am tired of all the problems i have with Vodacom,which network is better?
