Worst network Ever!!!!

Ok SO since the inception of my contract I have queried why i have to see who is calling me, why i have to pay an exorbitant amount for a contract where i can get it cheaper elsewhere. Which is my own fault as i should have known from past experience and all but yeah this time was the last. When i finally called to give the notice of my cancellation i was then told that the cancellations department was able to give me up to 75% off a new contract should i choose to upgrade and it would be so much cheaper and all that so im thinking to myself if Vodacom really cared about its customers why would they only listen when the client wanted to leave them?????? Why wouldnt they look after the client from day one????? Why on a contract do we have to pay to see the details of the person calling them and why do they get charged extra and all that? Besides the fact that the cancellation department keeps saying that im going to spend more money and data after i cancel the contract and all but eventually i had enough and after asking for the fifth time to cancel the contract well actually I had to raise my voice did they finally lodge the cancellation. The answer is simple change networks, vodacom clearly does not care enough about clients once theyve locked them into a contract. The service is appalling not to mention the disappearing data and minutes saga that happens now and again. So the cancellation should be effective at the end of today as they charged me in full for the last month being September (Line Rental and all that) but at 7 am this morning i received an sms stating that my number has already been converted and the 600mb i had left is gone but yet i get charged a full months rental???? How does this work guys? I think im going to stop the debit order until you give me answers and advise why you cut it early but still charge me fully for one month? i could have used the data today and then that would be it and then no problem but when people ask you to fix something we wait weeks sometimes months???? Seriously shocking people pull up your socks but one thing is for certain, this number is getting ported to another network immediately.

If I were a valued customer I would not be cancelling my contract with you. Meaning you have not done your best with regards to maintaining a relationship with your customer. How do I use the allocations prior to cancellations if there is no specific time as to when it gets processed. Usually with any contract or agreement with all vendors I deal with if it ends on the 30th let’s say then it ends at midnight on the 30th as we pay for that entire month. You do not have the right to just chop and change and do things as you see fit as I said I pay for that in full and you may then terminate on the last hour of the last day. That’s how everything else works. I did not need the 600mb as that’s not a gesture it’s an admission of guilt. The fact that you rep**** privately shows that you are treating each customer on a cases by case basis which is unprofessional as we all have the same needs when it comes to contracts and all. A cancellation is a cancellation and believe me when I say I will spread the word. I’ve change 4 of my companies unlimited packages so far from Vodacom to MTN and the rest of them will follow once their contract term ends with you. It’s disgusting what you charge and how you do business by giving the best service possible until the person has signed the contract then you throw the terms and conditions in their face when there is a problem. But anyway thank goodness I’m done with you now and as soon as the contract has been settled in your finance office that’s the end then I can start fresh and with a company that actually gives a dam.
