WORST NETWORK EVER!!!!!!

I took out a data contract with Vodacom in December 2016. Biggest mistake ever! Before that I was on pay as you go, purchasing airtime using my debit card, with no issues. I went to a Vodacom store in December to take out the contract - they did a sim swop and I kept my existing number. In Februray 2017, I attemped to purchase airtime with my debit card. I received a message back stating that my attempt had failed and that I should try again. Tried many times with the same response. Called customer care, (more like customer don't care!) they blamed the sim swop and reset the sim. Tried to purchase airtime again with no success. Called customer service again, they reset the sim yet again. Tried again, no success. Called customer service again, they blamed the new system. Said the database is in the process of being moved over from the old system to the new system. Told me to wait 24 hours. Tried to purchase airtime again. No success. Called customer service again, they reset my sim again. No success. I ****ped out the stupid, uneducated staff at customer service and when I was done with them, I was sent R100 airtime. Still my problem was not resolved. I called customer service a few more times, each time I would get through to a new idiot and I would have to start my story all over again! To date, my sim has been reset 10 times. Then I was that told that I am not the owner of the sim card and that my bank does not recognise the new sim, therefore my bank has blocked my debit card from purchasing airtime. I called my bank, they said my debit card is fine and that the problem is with my service provider. The last Vodacom ***** I spoke to said to me, and I quote verbatim, " as you are a woman, we need to verify that you are the account holder". Obviously he is male. So Vodacom has trained their staff to be ***ist. Interesting image for the congolmerate. I eventually went to the Vodacom store where I took out my contract, and explained everything. I spoke to the gentlman who helped me with the contract. He himself has complained about the customer service staff, saying that he had gotten into arguments with them many times for being rude to him. As an employee of Vodacom, he has complained many times on Hellopeter himself! He called Vodacom - apparently a different department, whom only the staff have access to, and explained my situation. They asked him to remove my sim card and read out the serial number on there. They verified that I am the holder of the account and sim card. They told him to send an email and they would escalate my problem. That was a month ago. I asked my contact at the Vodacom store last Sunday for an update, as I still have the same problem. This was his response: " I have been trying to contact you to let you know that it has still not been resolved. I have forwarded the message again to the same department querying why it has still not been resolved and no response as of yet. I am trying my best to get this fixed but they seem to not want to assist." I am posting this here, hoping to get a response from "SA's best network" who refuses to assist me. They seem to have no issue though, with debiting my account evey month!!!!!! This is by far, the worst customer service I have ever received!!!! I work in customer service, so I know what's expected. Vodacom is falling short of the standard! WORST NETWORK EVER!!!!! If I do not get a response, I will be cancelling my contract.
