Worst Network ever

I have never seen such pathetic network as Vodacom. They cut your cellphone line after 3 weeks you try get your number back they say sorry you took too long to pay so you have lost your number. After paying nearly 4x the amount you should pay. The amount they tell you to pay the next month he try taking the money off the bank account it gets returned they tried to take it off before the agreed debit order date. when you complain they say sorry we cant change the debit order date its already gone through. you don't receive any statements how must one know how much to pay. then you phone to complain hey say you must phone in and ask them to resend it to you. they don't want to take responsibility for their actions. They send you a sms 7 days before the end of the month your account is in arrears then 3 days later they cut your line AGAIN. THen they charge you one month one number then the next mo nth another numberoh and they locked your email address and never unlock it again when you complain sorry it was not them.
